Welcome to the future Riga Airport! Our animation shows all benefits of the new design that offers a pleasant yet efficient stay for travelers due to brightness, flexibility, sustainability, local materials and intelligent technologies such as digital touchpoints. The film was presented to a wider audience at an Riga infrastructure summit in the Fall of 2023, and focuses not only on the airport itself, but also on the future Rail Baltica Station.

The building, which dates back to 1973 and thus to the Soviet era, is part of Latvia’s ambition to become the Baltic’s new international hub. According to the plans of One Works Spa, the new terminal will soon be built and will provide an upgrade in both operational and public spaces to create a more positive experience for staff, airlines and customers travelling through the airport.
