Visualizing Glint was more than just about providing a portrait of a luxurious apartment building. Our goal was to showcase the transformation of this hidden, Wilheminian era architectural jewel in the heart of Berlin into an elegant modern property with today’s clean aesthetics.

This premium quality living space with its long history and attention to design detail demanded a highly individual and equally distinct presentation.
In our film, a sequence of dynamic transformation scenes depicts its transition into a unique and timeless residential building of the future.

The animation provides a virtual tour of the ensemble’s most important spaces, both indoor and outdoor, showcasing the entire spectrum of its communal areas and interior design possibilities. The film was conceived for potential customers, the official website, the on-site showroom and private sales meetings and is aimed at an exclusive clientele.

In 2023, our Team created the Glint Navigator as part of the letting process. The tool provides a simple overview of individual floors, flats that have already been sold and, of course, the floor plans in detail.
