Tackling the global housing crisis while revolutionizing the planning, production and construction process – with the help of AI.

The animation shows in detail how 3D-printed housing estates will be created in the future and how they will look in reality. The film illustrates the creation of high-quality, affordable homes tailored to individual needs through 3D printing on a construction scale. The platform enables future homeowners to actively participate in the design of their future living spaces. To do this, it uses a predetermined kit of parts and AI-supported planning software. The result: customizable and efficient house floor plans, tailored to the needs of the respective residents.

The Berlin start-up Beta Realities promises all of this. In collaboration with one of the leading companies in the field of house printing, Icon3D from Austin, Texas, a competition design was created for a scalable, needs-based platform for social housing: Collective Parts. In March 2023, it was announced that Beta Realities had won 3rd prize in the competition. Congratulations!
